Process Missed Comments Feature

Hello Komently Team, I would like to suggest a feature improvement regarding the Instagram Comment-to-DM automation. Currently, if the Instagram connection is temporarily disconnected, comments received during that period do not trigger the automation. After reconnecting Instagram, those missed comments cannot be automatically processed again, especially for automations using the "All Posts" option. It would be very helpful if Komently could provide a feature such as: "Retry Missed Automation" / "Process Missed Comments" The feature could allow users to: Detect comments that were received while the Instagram connection was disconnected. Re-run existing automation for missed comments. Select a specific time range to process missed comments. Filter comments based on specific keywords. Process missed comments from all posts or selected posts. Example scenario: Instagram connection was disconnected from August 20, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. During that period: 200 users commented with the keyword "mau". The automation did not run because the connection was unavailable. After reconnecting, the user could simply click: "Process Missed Comments" and Komently would automatically send the existing DM automation to those users. I believe this feature would be very valuable for users who use Komently for lead generation, because missed comments can mean missed potential customers. Advanced Webhooks & CRM Integrations

We're expanding Komently's integrations to support more powerful lead workflows and deeper CRM automation. This update will bring richer webhook payloads with additional lead and engagement data, such as Instagram user ID, original comment, exact matched keyword, automation name, source information, and relevant timestamps. We'll also introduce additional webhook events beyond lead capture, giving automation platforms more opportunities to trigger actions based on Komently activity. For agencies and businesses using CRM platforms, we're planning deeper integrations with tools such as HighLevel, allowing captured leads to be automatically created or updated and connected to CRM workflows. Longer term, we plan to support two-way synchronization, allowing external platforms to send lifecycle updates, contact changes, unsubscribe information, and other relevant events back to Komently. The goal is to make Komently a flexible lead-capture and automation layer that connects seamlessly with the tools your business already uses.
